Every credit we retire carries a unique serial number tracked on international registries (Verra, Gold Standard, UNFCCC). Credits are permanently retired. They cannot be resold, reused, or double-counted. Your certificate includes the registry reference so you or any third party can independently verify the retirement.
Yes. Business plan certificates include full ESG documentation packs aligned with the GHG Protocol. This includes Scope 1, 2 and 3 guidance, retirement confirmation letters, and verification IDs suitable for annual sustainability reports, investor disclosures, and regulatory submissions.
Carbon removal credits actively take CO₂ out of the atmosphere (reforestation, direct air capture). Avoidance credits prevent emissions that would have otherwise occurred (renewable energy replacing fossil fuels, cookstove projects).
