Delivery Policy

All Offset Britain products are digital certificates and subscriptions delivered electronically. There are no physical goods to ship.

How You Receive Your Purchase

Upon successful payment, your carbon offset certificate and any associated documentation will be delivered to you digitally. This includes:

• A verified carbon offset certificate (PDF) sent to your registered email address
• Access to your certificate via your Offset Britain account dashboard
• A unique verification ID that can be checked through our public verification system

Delivery Timeframe

Individual Certificates: Digital certificates for individuals are issued instantly upon successful payment. You will receive your certificate and verification ID immediately.

Business Certificates: Business carbon offset certificates are issued after verification of your business details. This process typically takes a few business days depending on the level of verification required. You will receive an email notification once your certificate is ready.

Delivery Cost

Delivery is free of charge for all products, as all items are delivered digitally.

International Availability

Since delivery is electronic, there are no geographic restrictions or additional charges for international customers.
