RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Rights

In accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase (the date on which the contract was formed) and receive a refund of your initial payment. This 14-day cancellation period applies solely to the first payment of your subscription. All subsequent subscription payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To exercise your cancellation right, you must provide clear written notice to OFFSET BRITAIN at info@offsetbritain.org before the 14-day period expires. Whilst you are not obligated to provide a reason, we kindly request that you do so to help us improve our services. Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, we shall verify that all applicable conditions have been satisfied. If your request is approved, we will process your refund using the same payment method as your original transaction. Please note that upon cancellation and refund, your access to all purchased services will cease immediately.

Monthly Subscription Terms

By completing your purchase, you authorise OFFSET BRITAIN to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis on the same calendar date until you cancel. All payments debited after the initial 14-day cancellation period are strictly non-refundable.

You may offset your carbon footprint for one month or for as long as you choose – the decision is entirely yours.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for the management, amendment, and cancellation of your subscription. OFFSET BRITAIN accepts no liability whatsoever for your failure to cancel, late cancellation requests, or any negligence in managing your account. Cancellations must be submitted no later than the day before your next scheduled payment date to prevent that payment being taken.

How to Cancel

You may cancel or amend your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website. Online cancellations take effect immediately, provided they are processed before your next billing date.

You may also update your account details and delivery address through your account login at any time.

Important Notice

We strongly recommend that you set a reminder to review your subscription before each billing date if you are uncertain whether you wish to continue. We are not responsible for subscription payments that occur due to your failure to cancel in a timely manner.
