Overview

This policy explains how subscriptions work at Offset Britain. Our subscription services provide ongoing carbon offset certification with automatic renewals to ensure continuous coverage.

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription options for both individuals and businesses. All subscriptions include:

• Carbon offset coverage for the subscription period

• Carbon neutral certification

• Digital certificate and badges

• Access to your carbon dashboard

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. We will charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will be notified to you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. If you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

• You will not be charged for future billing periods

• Your certification remains valid until the end of the paid period

• No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period

Refunds

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for new subscriptions. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund. After this period, refunds are not generally provided but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

Upgrading or Downgrading

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. We will notify you of any payment issues by email.
