Upon completing your purchase, your chosen payment method will be charged and debited on a recurring monthly or annual basis on the same calendar date until you cancel your subscription.

You may stop at any time. Whether you wish to offset your carbon footprint for a single month or continue indefinitely, the choice is entirely yours.

You may update your account details, amend your address, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website.

Important: Cancellations submitted through your online account take effect immediately. However, to avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must cancel no later than the day before your scheduled payment date. We accept no responsibility for payments debited where cancellation was not completed prior to the billing date.
